Together with Tenants

The Together with Tenants charter, introduced by the National Housing Federation, sets out what customers can expect from their landlord, regardless of where you live or what type of property you live in.

bpha would like to formally adopt the charter and the six commitments for how Housing Associations should work with their tenants around the themes below.

Click on a theme to find out more!

Relationships
Communication
Voice and influence
Accountability
Quality
When things go wrong

We are currently putting together an action plan focussing on the themes and we need your input and views.

Your views will directly influence the Together with Tenants action plan. There will be opportunities to oversee how we deliver the charter, our progress towards the commitments we’ve made, and to hold us to account.

See page 11 for the changes we’re making to the ways you can have your voice and Influence services.

To find out more about the charter or to have your say, register at the Place, or contact customervoice@bpha.org.uk
