Don’t let a cold snap catch you out

If we’re lucky, it will be another month or two until we think about using our heating.

When it’s cold enough to put on, the last thing you need is… for nothing to happen when you do. And to then find out you’re in a repair queue with everyone else who has the same issue.

When the temperature drops, our gas, heating and hot water contractor, TSG, sees a large increase in calls about boilers or radiators not working. It means customers sometimes wait longer than we’d like to get the heating back on. But there are some steps you can take to reduce the chance of this happening to you.

Repairs to gas heating and hot water systems are dealt with by TSG, our gas, heating and hot water contractor. TSG can be contacted on 0800 111 4044.
