Expanding our in-house maintenance service

It has been nearly a year since we brought our repairs service in-house. Your feedback about the changes has been positive, so thank you.

That includes a great response to the operatives’ work, as well as them being clearly identifiable in their branded uniforms and vans. Comments received from our satisfaction survey have included how polite and respectful the operatives are along with their professional approach to their work.

In readiness for the next phase of the service due to launch in October 2023 we are currently recruiting for electricians.

We are looking for operatives who are committed to delivering a great customer service. They should have experience of working in customers’ homes, plus the technical knowledge, training and expertise to complete repairs in a safe, high quality and efficient manner.
