New grounds maintenance service for residents

We are delighted to let you know that from 1 April, Just Ask Estates have been looking after the grounds maintenance for all of our schemes.

With over 30 years’ experience working for similar organisations, they are committed to providing a high-quality service whilst reducing their impact on the environment.

Just Ask will bring innovations in technology which will benefit both bpha and customers

They will also bring innovations in technology which will benefit both bpha and customers – such as a live portal which will provide visual updates of when works have been completed. Alongside this they are developing an app which will mean in future, customers will be able to check when any works are due and to see what works are carried out near them.

As part of the contract, they will take over the Move It Or Lose It scheme, which helps to ensure communal areas are kept clear, by removing items that are causing an obstruction in these areas. Along with the bulky waste removal service.
