Give Live Chat a go

Getting in touch with us just got easier. We’ve launched a new Live Chat service on our website www.bpha.org.uk It gives you more choice when you need to contact us and puts you in touch with a trained advisor during office hours.

Since its launch in June 2021, we’ve had around 2000 online conversations with you. We’ve given help and advice on a range of issues such as paying your rent, organising repairs, giving notice on a property and finding a new home.

Live Chat advisors are based in our newly-named Customer Communications Centre – where all enquiries are dealt with, whether you’re ringing, emailing, contacting us online or through social media.

To start a Live Chat, go to our website homepage www.bpha.org.uk and click on ‘Live Chat’. It’s easy to use and we aim to answer your query within 60 seconds.

WhatsApp is here

We have also set up a contact channel through WhatsApp - contact us on 01234 923233. Many of you will have WhatsApp on your phone which means it’s another convenient way to get in touch.
