Help improve bpha customer service as a Resident Inspector
Do you think you have the right skills to help us improve our services?
If you have 8 hours available each month we have vacancies on our team of Resident Inspectors.
Our Resident Inspectors interview other residents about their customer experience, meet with members of the bpha team to discuss improvements in services and generally provide valuable feedback on a range of policies, strategies, and action plans. You will need to be a bpha resident of any tenure, commit to offering 8 hours per month, happy to receive training and a small payment of £75 per month.

Resident Inspector Joseph Birch says “I have been a Resident Inspector for over 2 years, as a single parent with a child with autism this role has given me the opportunity to not become self-isolated and bring me closer to my community. It lets me meet new people from all backgrounds, and also has the benefit of working around my personal commitments.
I have learnt new skills but also have had the opportunity to bring with me my previous skills to help me within the role.
I feel valued as a Resident Inspector that what I do matters not just for bpha but for the residents.
What I really enjoy is engaging with residents about their customers’ experience, being able to get out and meet people in person, through video calling or over the phone.
I like that bpha listen and act on my feedback whenever possible.”
