A welcome from Anna Humphries

Hello,

My role at bpha is Director of Customer and Services. I have responsibility for the teams that you are most likely to speak with, or hear from: Housing Management, Independent Living, the Customer Communications Centre, Money Advice, Community Engagement, and Service Improvement, which includes Customer Engagement and Complaints.

In this edition, we're pleased to share two customer stories. One is about the positive difference a community hub has made to a customer, Safina. The other is how the Money Advice Team helped a customer out of unmanageable debt – it’s a good example of the support the team can give to anyone struggling with their finances.

We have been reviewing the opportunities available for you to have a say in decisions that affect you and your home – you can read about these here. We would appreciate your comments on these, and if you’d like to be directly involved, please get in touch.

I hope you enjoy this edition,

Anna
