Three years of Viewpoint
In 2017 we launched Viewpoint, our online resident feedback service. Viewpoint gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts and views on a range of topics, at a time that suits you. In return, our Viewpoint members receive points to put towards shopping and leisure vouchers.
We looked at what Viewpoint has achieved over the last three years and found that:
- 246 of you have become Viewpoint members
- Viewpoint has run 24 surveys from fire safety to how to celebrate our 30th anniversary
- We’ve gathered 852 responses from you
- We’ve held five Viewpoint focus groups to gather feedback on our anti-social behaviour review, customer service commitments, complaints review and fixed-term tenancies.
Through Viewpoint, we’ve also run a number of surveys on behalf of government agencies to get valuable input from you on a range of important issues.
