We’re coming out of lockdown

As this edition of Talk arrives in your inbox the country is continuing the journey out of lockdown with Step 2 and the opening of non-essential shops and businesses.

We’re pleased to confirm that from 12 April our responsive repairs service has restarted and routine surveyor inspections are taking place again. We have also reopened the hair salons in our Retirement Living Schemes.

Our employees and contractors will continue to observe the safe methods of working we have in place to ensure appropriate social distancing measures and government guidance is followed for the safety of customers.

Whilst the easing of the lockdown is extremely welcome with the opening of non-essential shops and businesses, it’s important that we all remember to continue wearing our masks (unless we’re medically exempt), leave space between others when out and about and always wash hands and sanitise regularly.

If you live in a property with communal areas please be extra vigilant, wear your mask and think of your neighbours – some of whom might be vulnerable.
