CareLink is a vital housing frontline service
Do you think you or your family or friends may benefit from some extra support if the worst was to happen? If the answer is yes, then please read on to find out more about CareLink, our frontline emergency response service available to Bedford residents.
The support service is manned by a team of highly trained bpha staff who are ready 24/7 to respond if the pendant we supply, usually worn on the wrist or on a cord around your neck is activated. We also offer to fit key safes, meaning that if we need to gain entry to your property we can without our own set of keys.
Since lockdown began our CareLink team has been in regular contact with residents using their services, many of whom are self-isolating or shielding and their call with CareLink is their only real link to the outside world. These welfare telephone calls have gone hand in hand with responding to emergencies and the whole team has been provided with appropriate PPE equipment which is worn at all times when visiting.
The CareLink service is offered to both bpha residents, private tenants or home owners in the town. If you would like more information about CareLink or would like to put a friend or neighbour in touch with us please call bpha on 0330 100 0272 and ask for a call back from a member of the CareLink team.
