At bpha, we want to make sure that it’s as easy as possible for you to stay connected. You can now find the latest updates and news from bpha through our new Instagram page and WhatsApp channel. That could include money advice, community events – or handy updates to my.account, your online bpha account.

Instagram Launch
We have recently launched our Instagram account -@bphahomes.
Please follow us for regular updates and information.
You can also message us on Instagram, using the direct messaging feature, to get in touch directly with our Customer Communications Centre who will be able to support you with any queries you have.
WhatsApp Channel
We have now launched our new bpha WhatsApp Channel, a one-way broadcast that we use to share updates and news with followers.
Unlike typical social media feeds, our WhatsApp channel delivers information directly to your phone - without you having to scroll through unwanted ads or recommended posts.

As a follower, you will not be able to reply or engage directly and you will only see our updates if you check the channel – no annoying notification pings!
If you need to get in touch with us using WhatsApp, you can do this by using the messaging service during our opening hours here.
