At bpha we like to stay in touch with you, that maybe by letter or text message, sometimes though having a conversation is best.
That’s why we’re piloting the latest technology to help us stay in touch by phone with leasehold, garage and former tenant customers. If we need to speak to you we may send you a recorded message to let you know.

The number we’ll use to get in touch this way is 01234 371 405. If you receive a call from this number, you can be confident it is a genuine call from us. When you receive the call if you press one on your keypad, you will then transfer through to speak to one of the team free of charge.
If you miss the call, we’ll send a text message asking you to call us back on 01234 923 858.
Safe and secure
We know receiving calls from unknown numbers can be daunting, especially as there are a lot of scammers trying to contact people in this way and it can be difficult to know what is and isn't a genuine message.
We’ll never ask you to give any information directly through these conversations. You will always deal with one of our team who will go through standard data protection questions with you.
This will normally include your name and date of birth, but we will never ask you for bank or card details unless we are processing a payment to your rent account and data protection checks have already been completed. And we’ll never ask you to send us personal or financial information via text message.
