Hello and welcome to Talk magazine.

Within the next two weeks you will receive a letter confirming any changes to your rent and service charges that will apply from 1 April. The rapid cost increases we’ve seen in recent years have slowed down, which has resulted in a lower rental increase than last year. You can find more details about this here.

bpha has a Tenancy Sustainment Team, an experienced group of colleagues whose aim is to help customers whose tenancies are at risk. In ‘Your stories’, you can read about Paul, a customer who has faced many challenges but with the help of the team is doing well in his new home.

As the move from legacy benefits to Universal Credit continues, Money Advice Manager, Amanda Ryan, is here to tell you what’s happening when, and what information you need if you’re affected by the move.

We also have our regular update on the feedback you’ve given us as part of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures research. We’re well into our second year of collecting this feedback now – and you’ll see this is reflected in the number of actions we’ve been able to take as a result of your insights. Find out more here.
