By knowing a bit more about you we’ll be able to make sure that the service we provide meets your needs and expectations. For example, it may be that English is not your first language and it would help if important information was translated for you, or you have a medical need that means an outage in utilities could impact your health, or you mobility issues which may prevent you from leaving a building quickly in the event of an emergency.
We also look at the data as a whole to enable us to adapt wider services to make sure they meet the needs of the communities in which we work.
