In return for committing two days a month, you can opt in to receive a payment £3,000 per year along with access to training to help you develop in the role.
By being a member of the panel, you will constructively challenge bpha, letting us know what we are doing well and where we need to improve.
You will oversee our engagement activity to make sure we respond and act on customer feedback.
