The big listen

We regularly share how important your feedback is in helping us shape and improve our services.

On Wednesday 8 October, colleagues from across all departments at bpha are hitting the streets to ask you: What’s most important to you about the service you receive from bpha?

Just a few minutes of your time could make a big difference in helping us identify what works well, and what doesn’t. And it’s not just about what we ask you – you’re welcome to raise any points you want to. If it’s something we need to follow up with you on, we will.

We’ll be knocking on doors to meet as many customers as we can.

What to expect if we knock on your door

  • Two bpha colleagues will visit you together – they won’t ask to come inside, a couple of minutes on your doorstep is all they need
  • Your visitors will be wearing bpha ID and will give you their names
  • Before they ask you the questions, they’ll ask for your name and contact details so we can make sure our records are accurate
  • As a thank you for completing the survey, you have the option to enter our prize draw where you could win one of three £50 shopping vouchers.

What if you’re not in?

  • We’ll pop a card through your door to let you know we called – this has a link to an online version of the survey on it so that you can still give us your views, and you’ll still have the option to enter the prize draw.

What if we don’t manage to visit your home?

  • Your views are always welcome – please email customervoice@bpha.org.uk or click here to find out others ways to share your thoughts.

What will you do with the results?

  • Our team will follow up on any urgent queries, such as a repairs issue, and you’ll be contacted directly about these
  • We’ll collate the overall results and look at recurrent issues or themes where making a change could give you a better customer experience
  • We’ll publish the results in a future edition of Talk magazine to give you an overview of the feedback and any actions we’re planning to take.

We look forward to meeting as many of you as possible.
