Shape better, fairer services for all

Updating your personal information helps us:

  • Make our services more personal and relevant
  • Keep things fair and accessible for everyone
  • Offer better support, especially if you face any challenges or have specific needs relating to your health or finances.

Your personal information includes:

  • Any health needs we should know about
  • Your ethnicity, to help us stay inclusive and unbiased

  • How you’d prefer to hear from us.

Examples of how we can support customers who share information with us include: Changing how we plan visits to enable a customer with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) to manage having people in their home; arranging a bathroom adaptation for a disabled customer; providing translated information and supporting a customer through a benefits application after their situation changed, via a referral to our Money Advice Team.
