A web chat update:

We recently reviewed our web chat facility, which enabled customers to contact us via the bpha website. Customer feedback told us that it wasn’t giving you the experience you – or we – wanted. The huge variety in queries made the messages difficult to channel, meaning we couldn’t guarantee getting you the information you needed in good time. So, we’ve taken the decision to end web chat and focus on the ways of getting in touch mentioned above to help you receive timely and helpful support.

When contacting us, please remember that we’ll never ask you for bank or card details unless we’re processing a payment to your rent account, and we’ll never ask you to send us personal or financial information via text message.
