Viewpoint, our new online feedback tool, has become a big hit with customers. Hundreds of you have joined to tell us what you think about our services and how we could improve.
By joining, you get the chance to take part in surveys, consultations and other interactive tasks. And the more you get involved, the more points you earn as Elaine Warwick, Residents Consultation Co-ordinator, explains:

We’re seeing more and more people join, and it’s proving to be particularly useful for those who can’t get to meetings or events.”

It’s easy to join
You can join Viewpoint by going to www.bphaviewpoint.co.uk. It takes just a few minutes to register. Once you’re on, you can then choose which survey to take part in, and at a time that suits you. Each time you complete a survey, you’ll receive a number of points, which can then be exchanged for online vouchers.
Elaine Warwick adds: “So far we’ve done 10 surveys – from gathering feedback on our customer app, to finding out what customers think about our home contents insurance. Whilst it’s a fun and easy way for customers to share their views, and we do take the feedback very seriously. For example, we’ve discovered there’s a difference in the way we deal with anti-social behaviour between those who rent, and those who own their home. This information is being used to our help us improve the way we manage anti-social behaviour going forward.”
